Taking advantage of PSO’s business rebates includes four steps:

  1. Review the eligibility requirements in the technical requirements documents below. Then submit an application.
  2. PSO will review and approve the application. Additional information or a pre-inspection may be requested.
  3. After the project is approved, complete the project, and submit the final invoices here.
  4. PSO will review the completed project and issue the rebate payment.

ATTENTION: HVAC system upgrades are now part of the Midstream HVAC program. Please contact a participating distributor to receive instant discounts on qualifying products. These upgrades will no longer be processed under the business rebate application.

  • Equipment Spec Sheets
  • Upon project completion, an invoice that includes:
    • Date
    • Equipment model number and quantities
    • Installation location

New construction lighting and custom projects may require additional documentation.
