How Home Weatherization Assistance Works
PSO’s Home Weatherization Assistance program provides free home upgrades to help lower energy use and make your home more efficient—all at no cost to you.
You may be eligible if you meet the following requirements:
- Annual household income of $65,000 or less
- Home size less than 2,200 square feet
- At least 10 years old
An energy assessment must be conducted by PSO’s service provider, Titan ES, to ensure the home meets eligibility requirements. Qualifying homes will be scheduled by Titan, ES to complete the recommended energy efficiency upgrades.
All approved upgrades are completed at no cost to you. To help serve more customers throughout our service area, homes that have received weatherization services within the past 10 years are not eligible.
