No application needed! Receive an instant rebate from participating service providers when you purchase and install qualifying HVAC equipment.

For Service Providers
    1. Purchase qualifying equipment from a participating distributor
    2. After installing the qualified equipment, discount the commercial or industrial PSO customer’s invoice the rebated amount.
    3. Submit completed projects on the Midstream Online Application Portal: www.psomidstream.com
    4. Get the rebate credited back to you
Application Checklist
    1. Enter project information at www.psomidstream.com
    2. Submit the following required information:
      • Customer’s PSO account number
      • PSO business customer information
      • Equipment information
      • Copy of PSO customer invoice, showing the PSO rebate amount
      • Copy of the signed Customer Acknowledgment Form
