- Sealing around the HVAC plenum (the air-distribution box that’s attached to the supply outlet of the HVAC equipment that heats or cools the air)
How long did it take? “Honestly, they were only here for a few hours,” says the homeowner. “I’ve waited longer for the cable guy!” A few hours of work delivered big savings — achieving a nearly 30 percent reduction in the amount of air leakage to the outside.

If your household income is $50,000 or less annually and you have a single-family residence, you may qualify for free weatherization upgrades. Simply contact us, and our service provider will ask you a few questions to start the qualification process.
2.) Schedule your energy assessment
Next, Titan ES, will perform an energy assessment at your home. After the assessment is complete, and Titan confirms the home qualifies, they will schedule a time to complete the necessary upgrades.
3.) Get upgrades
Depending on your home’s needs, Titan will complete a variety of weatherization upgrades. The upgrades will be completed at no cost to you—they’ll send the bill straight to us!
