Who is PSO partnering with to deliver the program? +
PSO has partnered with WeaveGrid to help support and administer the Charge Choice program. Founded in 2018, WeaveGrid provides smart EV charging solutions that help drivers save while charging plus supports a more efficient electric grid by prioritizing charging outside of peak demand times.
Is there a fee to join? +
No. The program is completely free for EV drivers. It’s also risk-free—you can unenroll at any time.
How does WeaveGrid collect, use, and protect data? +

When signing up, you will be prompted to log into your electric vehicle (EV) or home-charging station account. This creates a secure connection that allows WeaveGrid to receive data on when, how much, and where your EV is charging.

This charging data is shared with PSO solely for the purpose of providing program benefits. Your EV and personal data are not shared with third parties.

How does WeaveGrid know when I am charging my EV? +
Once you connect your vehicle or charger account during enrollment, your device securely communicates charging information—such as session start times, duration, and energy use—to WeaveGrid.
