Energy efficient fryers save up to 35% more energy than standard models by delivering shorter cook times and higher production rates, and are able to provide significant, long-term energy savings to a variety of high-volume food establishments including fast food and full service restaurants, grocery and retail, and institutional kitchens.
Installation of new electric fryer must be ENERGY STAR® certified, based on ASTM Standards.
Rebate amount is dependent on fryer type.
