Rebates

Heat pump water heaters (HPWH) use electricity to move heat from one place to another. By taking heat from the air, a HPWH heats water when you need it, without making you wait for warm water. HPWS are 3-4x more energy efficient and use 70% less energy than a standard electric model.

Customers purchasing from a retailer must submit online rebate application. Rebate application products must have been purchased within last 45 days. Receipt required. Must be a PSO residential customer and purchased a qualifying ENERGY STAR® model.

If using a service provider, you must use one of PSO’s participating service providers.

Step 1: Find a retailer to purchase this product or schedule service with a participating service provider.
Step 2: Look for the PSO logo if purchasing at a retailer. If using a service provider, mention the PSO rebate to your service provider.
Step 3: If you purchase from a retailer, please submit an online rebate application. Customers using a service provider will receive the rebate via the service provider’s invoice.
