$300 per thermostat and/or zone sensor

What is it?

Networked HVAC controls refer to systems software and hardware that manage HVAC equipment through interconnected controllers, thermostats, and other sensors to help increase efficiency.

Am I eligible?

Retrofit only installation of networked HVAC controls connected to unitary HVAC equipment (packaged, split, or rooftop units, excluding chillers and boilers) at small to mid-sized businesses.

New construction projects are not eligible.

How to get it?

STEP 1: Submit business rebate application here.
STEP 2: Application review and pre-approval issued (if needed)
STEP 3: Purchase and installation of equipment
STEP 4: Submit final equipment documentation
STEP 5: Post installation review
STEP 6: Rebate check issued within 3-4 weeks upon project completion
